Dashboard extremely slow when switching between agents (started yesterday)

Hi Retell team,

Since yesterday (Sept 12, 2026), switching between agents in the dashboard takes about 30 seconds to load. This started suddenly — before that it worked normally.

Details:

  • Browser: Chrome (always used, no changes made, no new extensions)
  • Fast internet connection and a fast computer — not a local bottleneck
  • Everything else loads normally (Make.com, other tools/sites)
  • Issue is isolated to the Retell dashboard specifically when switching between agents
  • Persisting today as well

Could you please check if there’s a backend issue affecting agent loading, or something specific to my account? Happy to provide account/agent IDs or a screen recording if needed.

I’m surprised there are not more complaints about this. Opening and working with large conversational flows is nearly impossible right now.

Same here, something just happened.

I am having the same issue. Even login to the platform is significantly longer. Something broke.

Hi, thanks for following up! The issue actually seems to have resolved itself — dashboard is loading normally now, just a couple of seconds per agent switch. Yesterday it was consistently around 30 seconds per load, which made working through the flow almost impossible. No screen recording needed at this point since it’s back to normal, but wanted to update you in case it happens again. Thanks!
