Customization about in the widget of the webchat

Hello Retell AI-Team i need and also i read a lot in the discord group and in the forum here.

The topic of the customization about the webchat widget is key for giving a good experience for our customers and provide a good looking product. For this Reason, this request topics.

  • First and very important the logo of the widget of the webchat, it is a robot logo, that i had to change with a custom CSS for my own website, this is really important for a better customization, the clients don´t like to have an robot as logo of the AI agent, they like to have their own logo.
  • Customization about the form and sizes of the webchat (Style) more things as we have now.
  • Control the auto open feature with time, a the moment the webchat open instantly.

This a important topic for a good service giving.
