Critical PII leaking between calls for a voice agent

Hi Retell team, our voice agent is leaking PII between two calls. Please see screenshot.

I have checked every node and there was no mention/setting of variable name for second name “Barbara” that agent said while talking to Tina.

This is a major issue. Can you help?
