Is there a way to stop caller data being saved in the contacts section (as this is a regulatory issue)?

Hello @Aging.Dev We don’t currently have a simple workspace-level toggle to disable Contact creation for phone callers. Contacts may be created automatically after conversations or through CRM syncs. If the compliance issue is retention of call audio/transcripts/PII, you can configure Data Storage Settings per agent to avoid retaining sensitive call data in Retell.

Hi, Will that hide the Phone number and customer name in the contact list, having a list of PII outside of the EU is going to be a major issue?
