# Confused About Billing

Does anyone know why my billing says i have an overdue balance of $5.00 however I have pay as you credits in my "vault” of over $35.00

I don’t have specific information in the available sources about why an overdue balance would show when you have credits in your vault. This appears to be an account-specific billing issue.

The Billing tab in your workspace allows you to manage payments, track expenses, and view your billing history[(2)](https://docs.retellai.com/accounts/billing). You can review your current charges and payment methods there[(2)](https://docs.retellai.com/accounts/billing), but for account-specific discrepancies between overdue balances and available credits, direct support contact will be most helpful.
