'm running into a stuck state in Conductor while building an agent (Lumina Aesthetics, medical spa vertical). Here’s exactly what happened: 1. I gave Conductor a full spec/prompt to build out the agent (greeting, intent routing, pricing/FAQ, consultation vs. direct booking, new/existing patient branching, cancellation flow, hours/location, escalation handling). 2. Conductor finished building and proposed the changes. 3. I accepted the changes. 4. Despite accepting, the Conductor panel still displays: “Accept or reject all changes before prompting Conductor” — blocking me from sending any further instructions. 5. Separately, I noticed there are two Conductor icons visible in the interface. Opening the agent, I can see a node with an unfilled “variable name” and “default value” field that appears to need to be set. However, this field is greyed out and I cannot click into it or edit it in any way. 6. I have not clicked into the Test LLM tab at any point during this session. 7. I’m avoiding a page refresh because a similar stuck state yesterday caused a refresh to wipe out my previous build entirely. I have screenshots of both the stuck accept/reject panel and the greyed-out variable field, happy to attach them here. Could someone from the team take a look at my account directly? I’d like to resolve this without losing the current build. it is stuck in the creation mode it doesnt have an ID yet it the window say approve or reject all changes and I’ve done that but it wont let me proceed or change anything else …where would i find the agent id ? the conductor has this id afchat\_2eb66abfff87e1337115a266d ---

I was able to fix it. i had to exit the agent and jut re enter the agent and then it gave me the option to approve all, so it seems like a small bug but if you exit without refresh (bc that will delete it) it will proceed
