Changing from SSO to Email Login

I’m trying to switch from SSO to email+password login ability. The instructions are obsolete. (see below) They basically say that I need to invite a new member, but the instructions for doing so (through the Workspace) don’t work. How can I invite a new member/user and let them (myself) set up a password that’s connected to the email invitation? Here are the current instructions from Retell AI’s knowledge base: Click your profile photo at the bottom left of the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to “Workspace” and send an invite to your email address.
  2. Log out of your current account.
  3. Open the invite email and use the alternative sign-in method to create a new account (e.g., sign in with Google if you currently use email, or sign up with email and password if you currently use Google SSO).

Hey @uxlar2 the process is : While logged in (SSO), go to Workspace (bottom left) > Members tab > Invite Members

  1. Enter your own email address and click Send
  2. Log out of your SSO account
  3. Open the invite email and sign up with email and password (not SSO)

This creates a separate email+password account that already has access to your existing workspace.

Could you please let us know where you’re getting stuck and what you see on the screen? If possible, please share a screenshot or screen recording as well.
