This tutorial clearly breaks down how to set up call transfers in Retell AI covering both cold and warm transfers, plus the newer three-way introduction feature that lets the AI bridge the caller and the receiving agent seamlessly.

The step-by-step walkthrough is practical and easy to follow, especially for developers implementing phone-based AI agents. It helped me understand the difference between simple call routing and more advanced scenarios like agent-to-agent transfers.

Another top-tier Retell AI tutorial! The live demo with Voice made the handoff logic so easy to follow. Appreciate the work!
