Hi Retell Team, We have several calls spam into our AI Agent, It will be nice to have Block Spam feature for inbound call, so whenever there is inbound and the phone number marks as spam we can reject the phone call

Is that something we have to configure with Twilio?

I think it will be nice, If there is function inside Retell, so we don’t need to configure it outside Retell

This would be a great feature and would definitely help. Some of our clients have recently been facing issues with spam calls reaching their inbound AI agents. Having a native **spam-number blocking/filtering feature** would help prevent these calls and save unnecessary agent time and resources.
