I want to upload X dollars and veirfy my plan is on a paid account. I had a meltdown this morning here all my phones attached for people calling were going to a busy signal. I added a card upon set up so i don tknow why that wasnt charged, maybe i was on a free trial plan? I want to confirm that this will never happen again - I have paid - can upload funds.

Where do I locate the ORG ID and yes, stripe
You can find your org ID (workspace ID) in the workspace settings page. Access it via the system settings page, where the workspace ID is displayed. And did you see any error while doing payment.

We don’t see any payments on this org. You can only pay if an invoice is generated, which hasn’t happened yet.
