Does anyone know how to add countries to this section? Puerto Rico isn’t included, and I’d like to add it, since it seems that in the United States region, Puerto Rico isn’t listed together with the United States. We are a U.S. territory, after all. Thank you.

Puerto Rico uses the US country code (+1) and the ISO code “US”, so it is not a separate country entry — it shares the same telephony routing as the United States.

You can call Puerto Rico if using Custom Telephony, but with Retell-managed numbers, it is not possible at the moment due to cost concerns, as the per-minute rate is higher.
