Hi Retell Support, My entire workspace is still on hold, and I’m not sure why. Your team asked me to reply to the email, which I did within 24 hours, but my account is still on hold. My campaign was live, and this issue has caused us significant losses. Unfortunately, I haven’t received the support or follow-up needed to resolve this, despite spending hundreds of dollars on your platform. Please review my emails, explain why my workspace is still on hold, and resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is seriously affecting our business, and I need your team to take this matter seriously. Thank you. ---
