Based on the available sources, if you’ve accidentally deleted a phone number from your Retell AI account, you’ll need to contact the Retell AI support team directly for assistance with restoration.[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1455712680160526357)[(2)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1401700100371386438)

The sources indicate that once a number is deleted, it may still exist in Retell AI’s system even if it no longer appears in your phone number list, which can prevent you from simply re-adding it yourself.[(1)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1455712680160526357) The support team has access to engineering resources that can help resolve these situations.[(2)](https://discord.com/channels/1186424376300679209/1401700100371386438)
